Posting this for anyone researching sejewelss / @sejewelss / S&E after seeing their jewelry ads on Instagram or TikTok. I placed an order and never received my merchandise. When I tried to contact the company, the customer-service email bounced back because the domain could not be found, and I was unable to get assistance through their other contact methods. I then discovered other customers publicly reporting similar experiences - orders not received after more than a month and no responses to emails or DMs. One customer also stated that the company was deleting negative comments. The company responded publicly to at least one complaint saying that customer had been refunded. Their Instagram now shows “Comments on this post have been limited,” making it harder for customers to warn others. I have screenshots of the complaints from before the comments were restricted. I purchased a dress from Brawnymellow, but unfortunately, my experience with the brand has been extremely disappointing. I applied for a return on August 6, and since then I’ve been trying to get the return pickup arranged. I first tried contacting them through WhatsApp, email, and calls, but got no response. I made at least 10–15 calls, but nobody picked up. I finally told them that if they continued ignoring me, I would complain to the Consumer Forum, and only then did I get a response. Even after that, I’ve been hearing since last week that the pickup will be initiated, but it still hasn’t happened. So I ordered Timberlands from an Instagram page (@opal_heels) altho the page was sketchy enough I thought what it takes to just pay for the 100 rupees for delivery and let's see will it actually arrive... And I was surprised that he actually placed an order and also shared me the tracking ID i was like DAMN did I actually get a good deal but then things start getting sketchy enough... Guyzz let me tell you about this fraud Perry arora. This is total fraudulent channel never order from this. They don’t provide you the quality and parcel differ things that you order and after that they don’t even have guts to return or refund anything. Even if you provide the amount to parcel it back they don’t provide any help because there only motive is to scam you. Don’t ever buy from this. They scammed me 4000 worth products. They didn’t even return the products and don’t even tell you that return or refund are not accepted. Total fraudelent.

Found this brand via ads on Instagram. They have a decent following and fair share of influencer push too. Placed an order on 4th August. It has been a month. They have blocked me on insta for asking for updates. Not picking up my calls. Nobody responds anywhere. 1k is not a lot of money. But just thought of putting this out there. Avoid these losers.

One of the trashiest page I came across on insta, ordered a bunch of stuff This guy claims to sell stuff for “499” and then very smartly adds 300rs shipping, saying the weight is a lot so price increases, with that said he doesn’t even let you book the parcel on ur own from any private courier. Ps this guy uses Indiapost On top of that the quality of the shit he sells is straight up bs This guy charged me like 450 through reg Indiapost, luckily Indiapost now shows how much was the bill for in the website and it was 220🙃🙏🏻 After that when I received the items , their zip didn’t even work Clothes with the cheapest materials out there Prolly from chikpete, as this guy is from Bangalore. Worst mistake of my life to buy from this page Kindly avoid.

My friend bought 2 books from @thrift_.books/Khushi Kotak on Instagram. They were supposed to be Notes from Underground (Everyman’s Library Edition) and The Brother’s Karamazov (Michael R Katz). She was told that she would get the same editions as in the pictures. They cost 389 each. After almost 20 days she received a pirated copy of Notes from Underground with the price clearly mentioned as Rs. 199. She tried to contact the seller for a refund of the extra money they took from her, but has not received it. As of today she has not received the second book either. They have stopped replying to her messages as well. She has been texting the person almost everyday asking for an update but they have completely ghosted her.
