Posting this for anyone researching sejewelss / @sejewelss / S&E after seeing their jewelry ads on Instagram or TikTok. I placed an order and never received my merchandise. When I tried to contact the company, the customer-service email bounced back because the domain could not be found, and I was unable to get assistance through their other contact methods. I then discovered other customers publicly reporting similar experiences - orders not received after more than a month and no responses to emails or DMs. One customer also stated that the company was deleting negative comments. The company responded publicly to at least one complaint saying that customer had been refunded. Their Instagram now shows “Comments on this post have been limited,” making it harder for customers to warn others. I have screenshots of the complaints from before the comments were restricted.
