I purchased a dress from Brawnymellow, but unfortunately, my experience with the brand has been extremely disappointing. I applied for a return on August 6, and since then I’ve been trying to get the return pickup arranged. I first tried contacting them through WhatsApp, email, and calls, but got no response. I made at least 10–15 calls, but nobody picked up. I finally told them that if they continued ignoring me, I would complain to the Consumer Forum, and only then did I get a response. Even after that, I’ve been hearing since last week that the pickup will be initiated, but it still hasn’t happened. I also commented on one of their Instagram posts about my issue, and they blocked me. Today, I called again and they cut my call. I have already paid for the dress and have been trying to get my return processed since August 6. I’m honestly tired of hearing promises and getting no actual resolution.
